Whatever, Jay. How but you you go post what I wrote on Karra's hate board. I'm sure she and little gang of hate mongers will get off on it.

You hate just as much as they do Rev.

If you want something posted there, just sign up and post away. They are a very accepting bunch of folks....and you need not fear.

Speaking of that, Rev, I discovered a warning I made to Colpy posted over there. Watch out big guy, I'm angling for your spot as top internet celebrity! Wink I want to have all my words read and posted and discussed, I want to be followed around cyberspace ... c'mon, Rev, don't you think it's my turn now?

You can have it if you want it, Cosmo. Maybe we should start putting copyright notices on our posts, then the little feckers would have to pay everytime they reproduced one.

As you know people here have a lot of different names they like to paint certain groups of people with. I just happen have one of my own that I like to use. It may not be original, but it is fitting.

It doesn't fit here, Jay. If you want to use words like that, do it elsewhere.

Jay,
ENOUGH!!!

If you want to participate in this board, do so but leave the "other" board out of the conversation. You are only here because Andem went against Pea and I to allow you back in. Don't push it, or you will be gone.

Oh ya ... if you post this for all your little friends to read, it will be a breach of the terms and you will be banned.

Jay,

Don't push it. Don't challenge me. Don't even speak to me. If you have a problem, I suggest you PM the chair of the new board ... Rev. You face off with me in open forum again and you are banned.

No, what is inciting is YOU using retarded people, as some sort of shot at left leaning people. You are here to cull members for your other two boards, and you LIE about doing it, and you are here to try and incite the rev to score brownie points at your other board.

Get this straight! This board is not interested in stalking members, harnessing them outside the board, and cut and pasteing private pms at other board. You want to have a opinion about the topics around here, no problem, do it without your "fascination" for the rev. Now cut the crap out and move on or move out.

Ah, I seem to be missing something here that involves me somehow.........

Oh well, back to the subject.

Rev, the US Constitution most definetly includes the right to keep and bear handguns. And military style small arms. In fact, in the US vs Miller (1937, I think) the Supreme Court found against Miller because he had a sawed off shotgun. The Court found his right of possession of such was not garaunteed BECAUSE IT WAS NOT A MILITARY STYLE WEAPON. In other words all that is protected are assault rifles and shotguns and high capacity pistols.

The Second Amendment is NOT about duck hunting. It is about keeping the means to resist tyranny.

People forget that the first clashes in the American Revolutionary War were fought when the British went into the countryside to seize arms from the people, who were discovered drilling with them.

You are making this up.

I'm not here to recruit your posters.
I'm not here for show.
I'm not stalking.
I'm not cut/past PMs on other sites.
I don't have crap to cut out.

I came back here to post. I use one word some find offensive and suddenly there is a freak out and talk about not letting me back in when I'm not banned. Go figure.

For the record, I find words used around here to describe people offensive too. So I guess we should all stick to politically correct words then.

This is offensive.

Tard as in tardy is a word used to describe slowness. To put the word Left in front of it means lefties are slow, as in slow learners.

Wow guys. I guess my presence here has really caused a stir. I always find it amusing to find out what is happening in the background by huge outbursts. Thanks.

Andem, thanks for sticking up for me. Appreciated as always. I must owe you at least a dozen beer by now.

I am telling you for the last time...move on! I said you were here culling and I can PROVE it! I do not say it without proof, of which I can show the administrator of this site. And again, it is YOU who blathers on about your christian values, but yet you have no problem trying to incite using people who are mentially challenged as a blunt tool. Oh I know...you did not mean it that way  Therefore I find your holier than tho...a tad hypocritical.

How many times to I have to tell you 8O You want to post on any topics here, go right ahead everyone is welcome. Just save your rev bashing for your other boards. Same goes for the rev, he wants to call you people names, he gets no help from us. Now move on!

Voters take stand against guns, recruiting at schools

San Francisco voters took a stand Tuesday against military recruitment on public school campuses, voted to keep firehouses open and approved the nation's toughest ban on handguns by making it illegal for city residents to possess them.

Interesting, very interesting. I guess a ballot like this would never pass in Texas or Oklahoma.

no1., I don't think handguns are illegal anywhere within the US, including San Francisco. Last I checked, our second amendment to the US constitution still applies and as such any citizen within the borders of the United States of America can legally own guns. It's rather straight forward, the US constitution applies to all.

Do these plebasites have any legal standing?

I know the feds still charge people with drug possesion since California legalized medical marijuana. So why do they have these propositions if they violate the constitution or federal law then?

Seems strange to me they would have propositions that do not pass law or constitution.

Good question, Ocean. I guess it makes Californians feel better? They must realize that they are wasting time with these propositions knowing full well that the US constitution overrides all propositions.

Gun backers challenge SF's new prohibition on handguns.

Gun owners and advocates wasted little time today in challenging San Francisco's newly enacted prohibition on handgun possession, filing suit in the same court that tossed out a local handgun ban 23 years ago.

The suit argues that Proposition H, approved Tuesday by 58 percent of the city's voters, oversteps local government authority and intrudes into an area entirely regulated by the state.
