Of course if they live in Senator Cruz's home state of Texas chances are they probably won't have healthcare now since so many of the working poor in Texas lack health insurance. 27% of Texans lack healthcare coverage the highest proportion of any state in the nation. It seems to me what's getting between them and their doctors is Texas Republicans' stubborn doctrinaire refusal to accept expanded Medicaid for needy residents of Texas.

Walter, we found a Constitutional right for interracial couples to marry in 1967 and for gay couples to marry this year. I know both of those decisions upset you and Cruz terribly, but I hope you'll be able to carry on anyhow.
EDITED TO ADD: Sorry, Walter. You can't make the "states' rights" argument without disapproving of Loving v. Virginia just as much as you disapprove of Obergefell v. Hodges.
