Yes he has.
Ted Cruz and other Texas politicians return money from white supremacist

You know that Hillary won't return donations from illegal sources.
No, he hasn't.

"The highest-ranking recipient of Holt’s money with Texas ties is U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz, a 2016 presidential candidate. He initially decided to refund $8,500 in contributions from Holt to several groups affiliated with Cruz. On Monday, though, Cruz’s campaign said he would instead use the money to make a donation of $11,000 to the Mother Emanuel Hope Fund, which benefits families of the shooting victims."

You need to learn to read past the headline, Walter.

Ted Cruz has a Hissy Fit on Obamacare ruling

Here are some of the juicer excerpts from Ted Cruz's angry speech on the ruling.............

"Today these robed Houdinis have transmogrified a federal exchange into an exchange quote 'established by the state'. This is lawless."

"These judges have joined with President Obama in harming millions of Americans. "

"If they believe that this issue is now settled and they don't have to address it, they are sorely mistaken. I have made repeal of this disastrous law a top priority since the very first day I entered this body. And I have made it repeal central to my tenure in office."

"And mark my words, following the election in 2016, the referendum that we will have, in 2017, this chamber will return, and we will repeal every word of Obamacare. We'll bring back economic growth, we'll bring back opportunity, and then we'll pass common sense healthcare reform, that makes health insurance personal, and portable and affordable. That keeps government from getting between us and our doctors. We will recognize that this horrible experiment has failed! "

Of course if they live in Senator Cruz's home state of Texas chances are they probably won't have healthcare now since so many of the working poor in Texas lack health insurance. 27% of Texans lack healthcare coverage the highest proportion of any state in the nation. It seems to me what's getting between them and their doctors is Texas Republicans' stubborn doctrinaire refusal to accept expanded Medicaid for needy residents of Texas.

So Comedian Cruz said ......

"The Justices are not above the people as Justice Scalia said, the 320 million people do not have a ruler in five un-elected lawyers wearing black robes," said Sen. Cruz Saturday. "Retention elections will give the people a constitutional remedy to the problem of judicial activism and the means for throwing off Judicial tyrants.

But we do wonder Where was all this “five unelected judges” chatter when they handed down Citizens United?

Not much bickering here in Massachusetts. Democrats bury GOP candidates in raising funds in this state.

We are able to impeach Supreme Court justices. We impeached Samuel Chase in 1805.

I guess that's one of the little details Canadians like Walter and Cruz can't really be expected to know.
Cruz mentions this in his interview but you knew that.

Yeah, like I'd listen to a Cruz interview.

Walter, we found a Constitutional right for interracial couples to marry in 1967 and for gay couples to marry this year. I know both of those decisions upset you and Cruz terribly, but I hope you'll be able to carry on anyhow.

EDITED TO ADD: Sorry, Walter. You can't make the "states' rights" argument without disapproving of Loving v. Virginia just as much as you disapprove of Obergefell v. Hodges.

Some posters go to the ad hominem when they're bested.
I'm sure you've seen it happen frequently. Maybe someday you'll experience besting another poster.

Meanwhile, how 'bout you explain how you can assert that states have a right to define what marriage is, and agree with Loving v. Virginia?

Or you can just give me a reddie and an ad hom.

EDITED TO ADD: So, can't address the question, Walter? OK, throw a reddie over your shoulder as you run away.

Please post Ted Cruz's opinion of Loving v. Virginia and provide a link.
