we dont know what caused the first big bang which means that it could happen again at any time. 😲

Well if the Higgs boson becomes destabilised, then it'll cause another Big Bang, but with the opposite effect, one which will destroy the Universe from one end to the other.

But that's not likely to happen for at least another 10 million trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion years from now.

Oh shit!

The Andromeda–Milky Way collision is a galactic collision predicted to occur in about 4.5 billion years between the two largest galaxies in the Local Group—the Milky Way (which contains the Solar System and Earth) and the Andromeda Galaxy

By and large, all galaxies are moving away from each other due to the expansion of the Universe, similar to the effect that all raisins in a bun move away from each other as the bun rises in the oven. In few cases, there are galaxies moving towards each other due to them being attracted gravitationally to each other, like the Milky Way and Andromeda.

Not to worry. We will be dead about 3/4 of a billion light years before that happens.

Excluding planetary engineering, by the time the two galaxies collide the surface of the Earth will have already become far too hot for liquid water to exist, ending all terrestrial life; that is currently estimated to occur in about 3.75 billion years due to gradually increasing luminosity of the Sun (it will have risen by 35–40% above the current luminosity).[15][16]

Can't wait to see the global warming tax on that sumbitch.

There's nothing to worry about anyway. There won't be a physical crash. There will be far too much space between the stars and planets for an actual physical collision.

The trouble is though when he aliens show up and see all the cannons pointed down into the court yard instead of out into space at them, they are liable to just pass by real quiet so as not to wake the mad man...

Likely they will figure it must be something in the water or something...

Boris Johnson has announced a major boost in Brexit Britain's defence spending. He wants the Royal Navy to be once against the pre-eminent naval force in Europe. He's also announced the creation of RAF Space Command, which will see rockets being launched into space from Scotland and Cornwall, making Britain the second country in Europe after Russia with the capability of launching rockets from its own turf.

On a hot summer day in 1964 fireman Jim Templeton and his wife and daughter went for a day out at Burgh Marsh in Cumberland (now Cumbria), overlooking the Solway Firth, a body of water that forms part of the England/Scotland border. Jim decided to take a photo of his daughter - and when the photo was developed a mysterious humanoid, dubbed "the Solway Spaceman", appeared on it.
