Honestly, I think that's what this may truly come down to.

Christianity and racism seems to be a common thread for all of this shit.
Usuns and themmuns.

Look at taxslave. Whenever something happens he don't like, he mutters darkly that somebody got paid off.

Not much of a step from that to "therefore, anything I don't like is corrupt and criminal. Therefore the whole system is corrupt. Therefore somebody is corrupting it." And who better to blame than "outsiders?" Especially outsiders that are close at hand and easy to murder?

In trying to take a step back to see the bigger picture (not knowing what is connected and what is not, Forest for the trees, etc…), & know politics isn’t necessarily about the greater good, but about obtaining and keeping power, there’s a whole lot happening that could be coincidental… leaving the connections open to interpretation.

Unfortunately only digging and time or outright exposure can differentiate between the tinfoil hat or actual real conspiracies. Just because things happen simultaneously or appear to be connected doesn’t mean that they are, but it does make you wonder. On the flipside of the coin, just because a connection isn’t obvious doesn’t mean it’s not real.

I think most of us are just trying to sort out the world around us into some type of connected framework in order to make intelligent personal decisions going forward. Some use a religious framework and others a political framework, and with the sheer volume of information available at all of our fingertips it’s very easy to fall into a personal bias trap in the pursuit of varied information sources. I’ve done it myself and personally believe that if anybody else thinks they haven’t they are probably deluding themselves.

All you can do is try to educate yourselves and actually listen to opposing viewpoints as you might stumble across an Epiphany moment that may have escaped you due to your own personal bias. That’s why I keep coming back to play in Andem’s sandbox.

There are boundaries though.

For example, society generally agrees that swearing and nudity require discretion in certain forums.

Sure this can be subject to change but let's just not be deluded into thinking we're better off with zero barriers or constraints.

Laws exist for a very good reason.

Yes, laws exist for a very good reason.

Who specifically are you talking about that thinks we’re better off with zero barriers or constraints? This “Freeman of the Land” movement or something else entirely?

If he said that, then yes, he's an idiot. Seeing protests that look like block parties is a sign of a healthy country whose people don't cower in fear of Big Brother.

Jim Watson is a fool. So ya can't say he ain't in the right line of work.

Something to keep in mind here. This is the quintessential philosophy fueling these delusional movements.

Sovereign citizen movement

The sovereign citizen movement (also SovCit movement or SovCits[1]) is a loose grouping of primarily American litigants, activists, commentators, tax protesters, financial scheme promoters and conspiracy theorists, who claim to be answerable only to their particular interpretations of the common law and to not be subject to any government statutes or proceedings, unless they consent to them.[2][3] In the United States, they do not recognize U.S. currency and maintain that they are "free of any legal constraints".[4][5][6] They especially reject most forms of taxation as illegitimate.[7]

In surveys conducted in 2014 and 2015, representatives of U.S. law enforcement ranked the risk of terrorism from the sovereign citizen movement higher than the risk from any other group, including Islamic extremists, militias, racists, and neo-Nazis.[22][23]
