It has been replaced for the most part by Obamacare and it is pretty much a disaster. Romneycare was a disaster too but Obamacare is much worse. Our state healthcare system is in very tough shape and we took every penny the Feds had to offer.

And I know I've mentioned this recently but people who can't afford the insurance but do not want to pay the crippling fines are using a ploy where they use bridge health insurance for one month so they can list their policy on their returns. They collect what is owed them by the government and the policy expires after.
