When questioned by his Oakville mother, the boy said Green had helped him pee three times — twice in the trees on a ski slope and once in a bathroom.
“He told his mom that Green opened his ski suit and held his privates to help him go pee so he didn’t pee on himself,”

Yes!!!!!He physically put his hand on a minors *****. Does that not seem wrong too you? Especially since he never reported the incident till he was caught?

That was after someone complained to the parents, about what "THEY" thought was inappropriate behaviour in the bathroom.

The child in question was just replying to being questioned. He did not complain.

Of course he did not complain like i said in a previous post his is a minor and cant make decisions on his own when it comes to things like this hence the laws we have

 So, are you getting emotional because you are still drunk, or does the amount you drink have nothing to do with your emotional responses?

He helped a 2-4 yr old take a leak, a whole 3 times over a 2 yr period. That's not a pedophile, that's an adult helping his young charge out. Obviously though, he should have just let the little guy p*ss his pants, and then we could have read an article about how a mother went of the deep end because her little angel p*ssed himself, ruined her weekend of skiing and deserved the beating that she gave him.

there should have been only 1 time, like i said in a previous post. If it happened once and he was forth coming then yes i could understand the situation. But more than once is once too many

Meh. I don't see pedo's around every corner. I helped my kids take a leak like this when they were young. My dad did the same thing for them.

A minor has every right to make a complaint. Even a four year old can be taught right from wrong.

He simply said what happened. And what happened appears to be quite benign.

Why hadnt the instructor not been so forth coming if the issue is benign? Its not his child. I honestly would think if someone helped my son pee by holding his *****, i would want to know about it so that i could give my kid a diaper.

The kids a minor end of story, we dont let minors make decisions on their own till they hit 18.

About helping the kid take a p*ss? You're kidding, right? Like I said, it was a whole 3 times over 2 years.

As for a diaper, on the slopes, in sub zero weather.......... nvm, I can see you being that stupid.

Why is our culture and other cultures so afraid and ashamed of their own bodies?

It is bizarre reasoning that will damage this kid, not someone helping him pee through several layers of winter garb.

The article doesn't say anything about multiple layers. Even the lawyer says there are some real triable issues regarding intent.

Don't need anymore for an admitted alcoholic.

now your looking down on me? :( ....

Hey if you look down on me for drinking but dont look down on someone who grabs a childs ***** multiple times over x amount of years then clearly im the one who needs help. At least i can admit my mistakes unlike some ski instructors who need to be caught.
