Yeah, we do care. Good parents do anyway. Bedwetting and childhood PTSD are linked. Why make it worse?

And good parents like that mother who was assumed to be a child abuser (not by you) did care also about the incident. Even the lawyer admitted that there were some red flags pertaining to the incident.

I'm not sure how else one could come to the conclusion you need to be trained on how to help a kid pee.

First like i said the mother should have been aware from day one, she wasnt. That alone tells me he isnt qualified to make such an action, he even admitted in the court that he ****ed up huge hence why he said he was sorry.

If he was trained from the beginning then he would have known it was a mistake from the start and hence another solution could have been found.

He admitted it was a mistake, his words not mine.

Try not having remorse in court.

Helping a kid to pee is what adults do. It is no different than wiping a snotty nose. It is natural as natural can get.

Of course he thinks he screwed up.

Look at what happened.

That has nothing to do with training. It has everything to do with people that see criminality in everything, or come up with asinine claims that you need to be trained to help a kid take a leak.

and then the Crown attorney said there is troubling points about the whole incident(s). Like only finding out after x amount of years.

I bet some childless lesbian egged the parents on to come forward.

Childless lesbians know what is good for everyone. Especially children.

Its asinine that he never told people he was doing it in the first place. The mother didn't know, no one knew until he was found out. Doesn't sound very trustworthy, especially since the issue isnt a big deal. Then just be up front problem solved.

If he didn't think it was a big deal, why would he feel the need to say anything?

Are both hired off the street? I know child and youth workers have to go to school to be qualified to work in that field. Its not a double standard the doctor looks at your ***** to make sure there is nothing wrong. Thats because hes not some chump off the streets, they went got the required background checks and education to be making those heavy choices.

No, people that do child care don't need to go to school. Private dayhomes are not required to have police background checks done. But I see, you have no problem with them manipulating their little charges "private parts".

So when you drop off your kid at a day care (aside from obvious abuse) do you know before hand that the employees will handle your child's excrement?

When you go to the ski hill would you not want to know if your child is being assaulted? The courts see it as assault, and as such its assault. The guy over stepped himself he needs to be more aware. He is not running a daycare, his job is to teach skiing lessons thats it.

Im not the one here sticking up for a man who assaulted a minor. Green each other all you want boys.

Asaulted, yes. I don't see an assault here. I see some poor bastard that has been screwed by the system and by an over protective mother. I see, what has become common place, people over reacting. I see a child, who will end up being harmed by the system AND his mother rather than the guy that helped the kid out. IF this kid has problems, you will be able to thank his mother and people like yourself for them.

i don't know about that. I see a poor bastard that plain and simple mishandled a situation and screwed himself over. And ended up with assault charges, he shot himself in the foot.

People like myself would never ever touch a minor....

Wow, that's a big difference from what you started at. He's not a pedophile anymore?

Because if you believe that the kid won't be affected his whole life you are wrong. Subconsciously at the least the damage will be there. There called private parts for a reason. I'm not going to get into the implications but anyone with a 3 point would know the ski instructor is a candy giving pedophile.

Your logic has continuously been proven faulty you really should get out more and learn about society and people

oh he is a pedophile

i dont feel sorry for him, i used the wrong words cause i was trying to use your words, if you want to get hung up on that go nuts. You got me there gerryh, i can admit my short comings.

I see a guy who had no discretion what so ever.

You guys see a poor parent and a flawed system.

We wont agree

And "slow clap" for you gerryh. See when your not insulting people, you can actual quantify your argument. But you are still sticking up for the guy who admitted to assaulting a childs *****.

So, now he's a pedophile. You do do a lot of back tracking. Flip flopping. I don't think I need to go into the probable reasons for that.

If he would be able to remember it, he's only four - and even then, I'm not sure a person holding your p enis is enough to mess your life up forever.
Maybe you'll be more clear on it in the highly unlikely event you're ever able to convince someone to touch your little buddy.
