Should Canada cautiously explore free trade with North Korea?

I note that Canada has now joined in the international mission to monitor the Korean blockade.

They will be flying out of JApan. I flew out of Japan in the 90s with NATO and my per diem was about $200 US

We've been a part of the blocade for months.

We have food for them to buy but they have no money or anything else to sell to us.

They have labour to sell to us. From my understanding, most probbly have a low level of education, meaning that they could do only low-tech work, but it's still something.

It would be nice to have free trade with NK but until they smarten up there's no way.

There are certain bare minimum's the international community demands and you can't make exceptions. Except if they have oil.

No, she and SK will vote to be unified to China. They broke away so China would be dragged into another long and expensive war, getting back together would be a big party.
China and the New World Order

We already have Mexico.
Not without the US and she only allows us to eat the scraps that fall from her table. The US will take Mexico and Central America under its wing. South America will be under sanctions so nobody from NATO will be allowed to trade with them.

True. Transportation costs from Mexico to Canada are cheaper than from NK to Canada too due to distance, so I'm not sure that a free trade agreement between Canada and NK would profit NK enough to make it seriously consider granting human rights even if only in its free ports. We could still make the offer as a symbolic move though.

Bolton has NK, iran, syria and russia on (currently) americas dart board, best to not openly strike up a deal with nk else we may rate a dart. EU merits an about time badge as they defy bolton insisting eu corps will continue to trade with iran, so refreshing to witness courage.

We already have more than enough people to do the low tech stuff. They just need the proper motivation like having their welfare cut off.
IF NK has any educated people they are sorely needed at home to develop an economy.
