Indeed, I do. I think it's stupid.

This 'give dying kids everything they want' thing is seriously misguided, in my opinion.

Feel free to disagree, that's your perogative.

But they don't get everything that they want. They want to live, and since they won't (can't) be given that particular gift, why not give them some small measure of comfort before they leave this world far too soon?
