The supreme court covers it's ***.....
Of course it does. They still haven't stopped forced treatment for mothers who have lost custody because of addiction. They have something these days called "Drug Court" which is in my opinion far too f*cking lenient.

And it covers your a$$. You want to be on the hook for thousands of multi-million dollar lawsuits for govt interference and misconduct?
We already are on the hook for the thieves and liars we call Govt.

The fetus is human but it is not a being yet. It will be a being when it is capable of living outside the mother's body.
I also support the 11 year old victim making her own decision
Sorry that is a fail, an 11 year old is not capable of making important decisions. I made the decision to see to it that my kids ate the correct foods, got their immunization shots when needed. I can assure you that given the choice my 11 year old would not have chosen the antibiotic shot she was given to help her get over an illness. She cried. I can also assure you that if my 11 year old daughter was pregnant I would make the decision to abort. I would not risk her life for a fetus that might kill my daughter to carry to term..

Funny thing about the human body, if she's capable of getting pregnant at 11, she's capable of giving birth without any issues. Health wise, younger women give birth to healthier babies with far less physical stress to the mother's body.

It's my opinion that the destruction of the family is the reason why so many use the excuses of poverty, education opportunities, employment opps and so on.

It wasn't all that long ago that an entire family from grandparents on down raised a child.

Actually it is not true that the younger women have healthier babies, And we are talking about a little girl of 11. Did you know in fact that a girl can get pregnant before she actually has her first period. Young women in their 20's have healthier babies, not children who are barely into puberty, not even young teenagers. The dr's have in fact said it is dangerous for this 11 year old to try to carry the fetus to term. I'd take the dr's word over yours I'm afraid since they have to know more than you.

This is another of those social condition laws where everyone pays lip service
and does the opposite. welcome to back alleys and coat hangers again only
in America.
Abortion is going to happen whether the social conservative movement likes it
or not. Its like pot they are going to smoke it, and under age people are going
to drink, and gamblers will gamble. Unlike murder rape and child abuse people
don't really give a damn what governments and churches think they will do
what they are going to do.
I know so many say its the law, told me that too at seventeen but I kept on drinking
beer.
Restrictive laws only mean the participants will go elsewhere or underground and
the butchers make money but the social conservative right don't get it.

Gee I thought we were talking about one 11 year old. However no 11 year old child should be having to carry a fetus to term.

As far as law and constitution is concerned a human does not exist until it is registered as a person by issuing a birth certificate.
As far as I'm concerned none of it matters. I do not live under the delusion that humans are more important than any other life form, so abortion is not an issue for me. The only issue for me is people interfering in the life of others when it is none of their business.
The right to an abortion is not in the constitution.
