All the USA has to do is have a National ID Card, like e-Verify insist US employers only hire those with US ID Cards and make hiring illegals to expensive for companies by increasing fines and add jail time for CEO that do hire illegals.

Also, they do need a better border fence and a more streamlined immigration system.. it is backlogged and even married couples have to wait years, when in Canada it's most often less than a year.

While America continues to turn a blind eye to climate change that is causing widespread droughts and when America has finished destroying its last remaining water supplies with fracking fluids they will head for Canada that will still be able to grow food and have adequate supplies of fresh water.
