Go tell all those people who retired in Arizona they should move to the ocean.

They can't afford to. That's why they're in Arizona. If you can't afford the ocean, that's fine. Lots of folks can't. Hell, look at Can Con. Most of our resident seniors can't afford to go anywhere. Obviously there's good money in recyclables eh!

I hate the ocean, tsunamis, earthquakes, floods, hurricanes..

Tell me what natural disaster is the in Monterrey, MX

Nothing about affordability, my Internet company is based in Vancouver BC, but I live in Alberta.

There are a lot of expensive homes inland.. I understand you wouldn’t know this, because you have to have a job in order to even entertain the idea of buying a home.. working at a bottle depot isn’t a real job, something and uneducated, no skilled high school student would do for the summer.

Sorry for upsetting you guys again.

Seriously Boomer, if you got a job sorting bottles, you could probably afford a house by the beach.

Monterrey has long been an engine for the Mexican economy-a steady 4% to 5% growth for 40+ years really can work miracles.

Little known fact-a lot of folks from Scotland settled in/around Monterrey and their work ethic has both inspired and invigorated the locals-at one point I remember a Scottish phone book that served locals/no idea what it's like now.

People that contribute to society often have problems with the taxman. Seems the government always wants more than their fair share.
Who do you thank for all the off-shore tax havens that exist? Good way to show what kind of real Canadian you are right? If it was good for PM Martin's Canada Steamship business why not let the 'little guy' fuk over Canadians the same way, Right?
Do you get to decide what you owe Canada??

Why should any of us "owe" Canada? And why do all the various levels of government get to decide how much of my pay cheque I should let them take?

Fixed it for ya..

You really are upset!!

Just because I can afford nicer retirement options, doesn't mean you should get pissy. There are many other people doing better than I am. I don't judge myself based on others though

I am working on that..

3,400,000 pesos..

It right off the riverwalk..

Personally I think it's the shitty condo location in the building, but location and amenities outweighs everything else.

Comes with parking, 2 gyms, pool, entertainment place with BBQ's, lounge area to host business people.

2 Bedroom, 2 bath, high vaulted ceilings, 24/7 security.
Very nice, better hope 'our Indians' don't see that or all the Reserves will be asking Mexico for extended visas or the number of the builder at least.

The 'Taxi', notice the difference?

Puerto Rica would love to be invaded as longs as we didn't name them as 'Reserve' status for all living/education/ect goals. We could send some of our washed up politicians as a sign to everybody.

Why are the only people around/arriving look like they are tourists??

Do they have bots clean the rooms?

Do you have any pics after the hookers/dealers/friends left??

It's your money, off-shore works for me if you can save a few shekels to give to the World Bank later, . . . as long as your ass remains pinned to the money and you go with along it would seem to be a win/win for Canada and you are where your heart really is, some desert island with your money and surrounded by things that look like vultures, don't be scared, look in the mirror as you might be the biggest one there rather than the smallest. (quit looking at your dick now)

You can understand why I use the term 'your kind' as often as I do around here, Right??
