I also find it interesting that, yesterday I posted about a 10 year old having to cross from Ohio into Indiana to have an abortion due to being raped.

As of yet, not ONE of the pro life screamers have said boo about her aborting the fetus, calling her a slut, whore or whatever, saying she asked for it, she should have kept her legs closed, etc, etc....

Makes you wonder where the bravado is, or if maybe there ARE conditions where abortion should be legal...

Well, I dunno how many times I've stated very clearly that I have absolutely zero problem with abortion in cases of rape or genuine medical necessity. Maybe that's why you didn't get the reaction you idiotically believed you would in here. I think you'll find the large majority of those in here who are aren't pro-choice aren't 100% anti-abortion either. In fact, the only people I know that are abjectly against abortion for any reason tend to be a "tad" on the overly religious side.

Yeah, it kind'a did. It left a pretty clear indication of the difference between men and women as men can't get pregnant. You'll note that it didn't protect the mans' right to choose. The definition was somewhat defined in the ruling by the reproductive difference between men and women.
