Back in the 80s, the Quesnel cops were complaining about their old fleet. Then some drunk stole a loaded logging truck in PG cause his girlfriend left him and moved to Van. He was heading south, so the Quesnel detachment moved their fleet to form a barricade at the bottom of airport hill. The logging truck destroyed the whole fleet and they got a whole new one.

The guy was stopped in Willy's Puddle when the police there barricaded the road with another loaded logging truck.

That's damn near as good as the story about the Tweedsmuir beer parlour in Burns Lake the weekend the loggers come to town back in the day when a guy if not escorted by a lady had to drink in the men only side. These guys were apparently looking to drink with a little female company so a bunch of them jump up and head out to the crummy and come back armed with chain saws and proceded to take out the offending wall. :lol:

Maybe it's just me but I have the feeling that a guy with a tendency to react to problems in this manner is probably going to see charges for something at some point in his life anyway.

Certainly a lot more entertaining.
Perfect excuse to order a fleet of NEW cop cars too.

I heard a story about a guy I knew who got into an argument with his wife (no doubt while drinking) went out got into his truck took a run at the house and knocked it off the foundation.
