Exactly. A suckling pig, I can taste it right now.

But I have to die in Batte so my god Frejda comes and gets me on her chariot.

Hmmm....that sounds like a big breasted chick. Tell me more about this religion of yours.

Nothn wrong with Vikings and such, MANOWAR told me so and I'd rather be fightin and feastin than sitting around some waiting room listening to someone tell me the "way it should be" for all eternity...

Organized Religion seems to me personally to be wholly irrelevant - personal spirituality is fine and has a definite place, but anything involving too many "characters" beyond a persons actual sphere of experience seems to be a very dangerous thing, as borne out by much of history

Exactly Jay.

And ITN, all you have to do is prey on eight holidays but keep your gods in the back of your mind. And Frejda is a big brested good looking young woman good. And her mother Freda isn't that bad looking herself.

That's what I need, a religion without much thought and work involved, plus you get to ride in a chariot driven by a big breasted woman. Ah the joys of heaven.

You only rid around in a chariot if you die in battle and she selects you to go to Valhalla.

If you die you are reborned in Midgard. Or you go to Hel. Don't worry Hel is a quiet place in my religion there are no red men with pokey sticks.

Yeah, you can do anything you want but you don't have to worry about sins or other stuff like that. The worst you get is to go to Hel and spend eternity in quiet.

I wonder did Hell come from Hel? Did Christians steal Hel as well as Yule. 8O

Ya, I didn't think you were kidding...

So surely this isn't a family tradition your following...how did you come across the Heathen religion?

Well actually, it is a family sense because my father and I were able to trace our family name back to Scandanavia back in 900s A.D, the time of the Vikings and we believe unsure yet that a hamlet in Scandanavia or England I forget which was named after this ancestor.

So this got me interested and I began to look into the Viking religion and what they did and was surprised to see that they are still kicking around, in at leasdt 40+ countries.

So I follow the religion of the Vikings which is now labeled Asatru or Heathenism or Heathen religion.
