Yeah LEAP, smart cops, see the stupid damage everyday and know the cost to society to enforce unnecessary laws and rules that actually protect the big players and enrich the monied scumbags who run th international drug trade. Russia has been the target of heroine imported into that country from Afghanistan by the CIA and other bank helpers. See the statistics of before and after Taliban rule with respect to drug crops and the proliferation. The drug trade in NA is owned and controlled by Government agencies. It lives because it makes billions of dollars for black ops.. The war on drugs is expensive monkey business, the citizen is just a consumer, it;s no different than marketing corn flakes.

Well, the governments have done such a good job of BSing people for the last 50 years or so, it would be hard to convince the sheeple they were wrong. Hard to retract BS without losing face and the faith of the dumbazzes who believed it.

The war on drugs is not really about the war on drugs. It is about government and
their cowboys the police maintaining control over people in society.
Control is about who will wield it control is power. Restrictions keep people dependent
on the system and install confidence in society itself.
To suddenly state, these laws are not required is saying control is not required and that
would of course create as many problems as they would solve.
