Retired Army Officer: DHS Must Surrender Their War Weapons To Dept. Of Defense

Dear Senator Cornyn,
It is with gravest concern that I write to you today concerning the recent appropriation of weapons by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) that can only be understood as a bold threat of war by that agency, and the Obama administration, against the citizens of the United States of America. To date, DHS has been unwilling to provide to you, the elected representatives of the People, justification for recent purchases of almost 3,000 mine-resistant ambush-protected (MRAP) armored personnel carriers, 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition (with associated weapons), and other weapons systems, when, in fact, the DHS has no war mission or war making authority within the limits of the United States of America.
Significant is the fact that at the same time the Obama administration is arming his DHS for war within the limits of the United States against the People of the United States in accordance with his 2008 campaign speech claiming,

In California there are over 200 Armored Cars of the latest design (some painted dull black and others in desert camo )and very modern Community Unrest tools as well as 40 Bradley tracked armored vehicles too. All are Home Land Security owned but on "Indefinite Loans" to local law enforcement. I wonder what the terms of those "Indefinite Loans" are? Hot rumor now is they want possession of 20 USMC Super Marine Cobras as they are retired. Is this a political Army on the grow? They do have t 2 Highly Protected Armories in this state. One at Los Alamitos and the other at the old McClellan AFB. Maybe we'l'l see the rise of the 4th Reich???

What does gove me cause for worry is the fact that the entire US Army Third Division has a new Community Disorder role and has five points of dispersal for those resources. Now begs the question. What is this seemingly parallel quasi military operation doing?? Led by Herr(i) Janet Napolitano who can't even qualify as an Animal Control Officer? Something is going on and what I'm seeing does give me great cause for concern.

I doubt it will be mud racing. Beware of the enemy within. This has been in the works since the 60s. Yoo vill obey der ordersss.

I don't know when this particular episode started but the game history goes back about 4500 BC Anatolia Sumerians. They got the money disease off the Caravans, Sumerians don't exist anymore.

What bothers me is that I have been unable to arrange passage off this crazy planet.
