Well, that takes you two off the list of people I'm going to take seriously.

That's not a problem for me....very little of what you say, do I take seriously. Your "understanding" is very limited and relies heavily on what "other people" have told you.

Geez Cliffy I thought you could see through Dex's game... Not only is he a Christian fundamentalist but he's also a secret agent of the Opus Dei. His mission is to recruit new members by spreading atheist propaganda on the internet. Once he's got a true Christian on his hook, he contacts them and brainwashes them into joining the Opus Dei...

He almost got me but I was saved by drugs, sex and rock n' roll...

lol S, you been watching too many movies. gh, wrong, as usual. Machjo, it is a fact that science continues to debunk the Bible. It states stuff as if it is fact, then science pops up without proof that what the Bible says about the stuff is nonsense, then the various faiths scramble to reconcile the words of the Bible to what science has discovered. But it is relentless. Even if science manages to prove that life on Earth began as something explainable, religious people will still be saying some god arranged it that way.

The part in the Bible I always thought was cool was the talking burning bush that didn't burn. Moses parting the water was kinda nifty, too. I think he musta been a spaceman with forcefields n stuff to be able to do that.

I always thought that Moses parting the water just proved he was from New Brunswick, and that it took place along the Bay of Fundy.
