Well, not yet, but maybe soon, coming to a neighbourhood near you.

Let's guess;
next..........random searches for "drugs"
or.............random body cavity searches.

Some cop comes to my door and wants me to blow, I'll tell him/her to come in and wait for a commercial or wait till I finished reading the paragraph of whatever I am reading. I'm not averse to visitors.

I dont think they will come to your door and ask you to "blow" they can find all kind of excuses to give you a breath test anyways while your driving,this is just giving them more clout in court for a conviction.

They can search you for anything if they have probable cause to do so,like a roach burning in the ashtray,or a beer between your knees.

This reminds me of a ukranian joke where a cop pulls over a gal and pulls out his package and she says "oh no! not another breathalizer".

I simply don't drink if I am going to be driving, so I don't mind doing a breath test. For that matter, I don't really mind roadside checks for anything.
I had one guy pulling people over ask me what I used the spotlight for. I said, "locating deer". lol He figured I was tugging his leg. He was right.
