Imagine if that was a ram-jet engine rather than the slower 'vector nozzled jet engine'. Like a sparrow flying around an ostrich.

Obama Orders U.S. to Admit 10,000 Syrian Refugees — Naharnet
I wonder how many would make it through the TSA? 10,000 rebels to join the Nazi SS troops that became the CIA. Man are they going to have fun now all the guns are locked up.

Defiant Russia Pledges More Syria Assistance — Naharnet
A defiant Russia on Thursday said it was ready to increase military support to Syria's Bashar Assad if needed, dismissing suggestions it could hamper Western efforts to fight Islamic State militants. Washington has accused Moscow of solidifying its foothold in Syria, raising concerns it could throw a wrench in plans by the U.S.-led coalition to step up operations against jihadists in the war-torn country.
The fresh tension erupted just weeks before the U.N. General Assembly in New York at which Russian President Vladimir Putin is scheduled to speak.
Speaking to reporters, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Moscow wanted to avoid a repeat of the "Libyan scenario" in Syria and would therefore provide greater military assistance to the Syrian president if requested.
"We helped, are continuing to help and will help the Syrian government when it comes to supplying the Syrian army with everything it needs," he said.

The spending doesn't seem to helping NATO anymore.
There does need to be some UN Security Member there to overlook the reconstruction no that the destruction has reached it's conclusion.
A couple of OPEC members will be picking up the tab on this one. Remember WW1 and the 'new rules'. The loser has to pay off all bank loans, their own and the ones they lost to. In this Saudi paying for Syria.

You got a couple of full warehouses or something?
