I think they should market a punching bag with his head on it..........that would be fun.

Trudeau is just a "flash in the pan"! Wait until people see the budget a year from now! We'll really get whacked on taxes in an attempt to look good for the next election! Do you see any infrastructure jobs around Canim Lake, Mowich? :)

What?

You never bought yourself a car, knowing you didn't have enough money to pay it to force yourself to get a second job to add to your revenu?

It's like not giving yourself the option to be lazy

The hell with that, I'm going to leave a string of unpayed lines of credit for my kids to pay. Those lazy entitled freeloaders have no idea what's going to hit them

S. Canim Lake needs repaving - mind you it has for years now. Eagle Creek/Bradley Creek road which was seal-coated two years ago is already showing signs of wear and tear. One of the bridges over Eagle Creek has an open hole between it and the road. So, yes we could do with some upgrades.

I hope you are heard in Ottawa!

Does Cathy McLeod have much muscle in Ottawa?

Even the CBC is starting to get tired of PM Photo-op http://pllqt.it/RAavvc

Really, Justin Trudeau? Push-ups?!

I hope you are heard in Ottawa!

I really don't expect to be heard all the way back there, JLM..........the local highways department would suit me fine.

Not a lot, JLM. She is the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Health for the Conservative Party. She also sits on numerous boards and is very active with Veteran's issues. She has always responded promptly to my emails and answers my questions directly. She is very popular in the region and liked by everyone I know.

Not one of those roads is federal responsibility so what can jr. do ?

Jr can cough up the frequently promised infrastructure funds which can then be used by my provincial government to fix our roads.

A lot if he is so inclined. Like a transfer payment to the province to use as the premier sees fit! :)

It's the 'sees fit' part that makes me nervous, JLM. Crispy is nothing if not mercurial in her decisions and the Cariboo hardly figures on her radar. Our local MP Donna Barnett is a member of the government and is very vocal in support of the Cariboo but also has a huge constituency to serve. It is usually right around election time that our roads seem to become a priority for the government. Strange that.
