I, David William Hedrick, a member of the silent majority, decided that I was not going to be silent anymore. So, I let U.S. Congressman Brian Baird have it. I was one questioner out of 38, that was called at random from an audience that started at 3,000 earlier in the evening. Not expecting to be called on, I quickly scratched what I wanted to say on a borrowed piece of paper and with a pen that I borrowed from someone else in the audience minutes before I spoke. So much for the planned talking points of the right wing conspiracy.
If you look at his whole show without left wing blinders.....he just might have something when you look past the fluff and the grandiose...:lol:

Insane drunk Glenn Beck? First of all, he's perfectly rational and his concerns are quite reasonable, so where's the insanity?
Secondly, he certainly doesn't appear to be drunk. I would suggest you'll never see him drunk because he once had a serious drinking problem that cost him his career, his money and possesions and his family. When he reached bottom he quit drinking and rebuilt his life - he never drinks now.

Anyway, considering the economy, I can't see ANY president having an easy time of it.
Obama caused people to be laid off from work? Funny, people have been telling me that companies lay people off because of the rotten economy.
Bush's deregulations, artificially high cost of oil, housing bubble, market speculating, trillions of $ being spent on war, credit default swaps, etc. Obama caused all that? wow!

Since you quoted the first post .....I feel I must explain...I posted it in the US politics section....but I actually meant it to be political satire...hence the Bush, Ford and Obama faux pas in the first post.....
But then it didn't take long for a few individuals to turn into their own personal duels on politics.....which is why i've been trying to derail it into oblivion.:lol:

I assume you subscribe to the extreme right wing, birther philosophy that Obama is a Nazi, a Fascist, a Socialist, A Marxist, a Muslim terrorist, an illegal alien who should be imprisoned forthwith and deported to Indonesia or to Kenya (no doubt handing the presidency to John McCain, a mere figurehead, with Joan of Arc the real power behind the throne).
