I'm no math wiz, but is 53% really a majority? I thought it was more like 'just a tiny bit more than half' can no longer keep up with inflation.

Technically, 50%+1 is a majority.

Just not a very large one.

Canadians should manage their money better.
Our money management skills are not bat. It is our voting record that causes all the problems.
The 1 declared candidate for the Conservative leadership declared he would end the carbon scam tax. That alone will get him a solid majority in the west. Unfortunately the two provinces that control election results like high taxation and poor leadership.

Glad to hear it. Managing your money with a bat is a fundamental error.

As to the rest of your pissing and moaning, both leftish and rightish governments have suffered inflation at various times throughout history. Don't let that stop you from closing your eyes and pretending everything's perfect under a Conservative Canadian government, and whimpering about how hard-done-by you are when the Liberals are in power.

Thankfully employers are matching inflationary pressures by increasing employee salaries.
