Please don't underestimate the value of whatever you can give. I know you know that it's not just the amount, it's the intention and energy you give with it... that may be the greater gift. And all our little bits will add up, you'll see. ;-)
I suggested a soldier's child because I think since the focus of this forum is Canadian, we could pick something that represents our appreciation for this country and the prices paid by those who serve her - and their families.
I'm open to almost any suggestion, cause I think this will be an amazing, positive thing for us all to share in creating...
I wonder if any other forums have ever tried something like this. We could make history here. :smile:

In a Farscape forum, they had created a calendar that had pictures of some of the members. It was not a "dirty" calendar at all, and perhaps something like that could occur here? Kreskin could give his mailing address out(via PM of course) and people could send their picture in for inclusion into the calendar.

Hmmmm.... mutli-use calandars. Having a bad day at the forum? Take the pic of the member you're annoyed with out of the calendar, pin it up to the wall, and throw darts at it. :lol:
we'd have to find a member with a PO instead of a house address. Or rent a PO box. hhmm... ideas? While there are some members I wouldn't mind going stalker on me and turning up at my door, I'm thinking Durka showing up in a sheep mask just might give me a heart attack.
