So, you want a police check done on anyone that wants a massage?

with modern technology, it wouldn't need to be particularly intrusive. It would be easy to acquire a driving license, passport, or other Id or even to have your fingerprint scanned into a national database. From there, a massage clinic could easily scan the ID or fingerprint to determine whether that person may be excluded for any reason and so refuse him service. You don't believe in protecting the public? You think it's A OK for an anonymous person to just masturbate without permission in another's presence?

Well of course. he is absolutely terrified that someone might have an orgasim out of wedlock. SElf induced or otherwise.

Didn't you read the CBC article? It was consensual exhibitionism and the guy had given a fake name.
