The Bill of Rights of 1688 was completed. Unfortunately, it was you guys down south that did it, after the Revolution......so it doesn't apply here. Or in England.

Took us a while, and it ain't done yet. But I'll agree with you that the 1688 BOR's a real good place to start, and the rule should ALWAYS be "Expansion of these rights is permitted and proper. Contraction of them is not. And it's a ratchet. No going back."
