Call it what it is M. Coderre. Money and restoring the "party" city reputation. But don't spout the bull* about safer streets. People will only spill out 3 hours later that's all. You are going to add drunks to rush hour traffic hell. Well thought out!

Disaster waiting to happen. Going to be a hell of a lot more vehicles on the road between 6am-7am than 3am, and that will just increase the chances of an accident occurring that is related to drinking and driving.
