I wouldn't want to work for Trump.
I'd accept that if i was an executive i would be accountable for results and that i'd have to insinuate myself into the delicate emotional framework that usually makes up a senior management team. But i wouldn't be able to put up with a lack of courtesy and class in my relationship with a CEO, including in events leading up to my departure. That would exclude being fired in public by way of twitter.
Frankly Trump sometimes behaves like a spoiled rich brat whose parents (i suspect his father is his prime role model) never taught him to treat subordinates with respect. Everyone is treated and discarded like a house servant.. by memo.
It's time Trump grew up. He's in the biggest job in the world right now and he should begin to act like it.
