A cop arrests you, that's it. You don't fight back.. you'll have your day in court to fight back..

At the time of the incident he was a cop and should therefore be covered.

I think if we are talking civil cases, the residents have a pretty good case against those party organizers for arranging a party on their property without permission. Given they are for profit, I think they probably could go for all they are worth. I also believe they would win.

there was something off about that cop,real off,I would be afraid to leave anyone in the situation of him being in control.I would question his history of approach.
what and who was that fat dude moving around doing nothing?,i understand about crowd control,I get that,but there is evidence there is something wrong with the cop's execution of crowd control,there is something wrong with him.
the person taking the video must have been white or something of none offensive to the situation,the cop was not bothered by his/her presence,the person documenting the events seemed to be no threat to the situation,this is strange.

well, at least they didn't take weapons and aim them at the cops and feds like the Tea Baggers did in Nevada when they resisted paying taxes and dispossession - remember?
