The cops are busy investigating - and being investigated. Maybe it's time to put the Mounties onto Wynne....

Securities fraud will be investigated by the Commission and RCMP. You could put th kybosh on future Crown asset public sales by the Province as well.
It costs nothing to file complaints thru the Mounties or ON Securities Exchange Commission.
This is flat out fraud on multiple levels.

Securities fraud will only cost the Province a few more points on the credit rating and access to the TSX. They may never be able to sell shares in any Crown asset again.

Give them shares in a company that is broke but has fraudulent assets giving it a fraudulent value.
If the overbilling scam isn't resolved before the IPO I will have to buy a hydro one share and file fraud charges myself. If that is what it takes to stop Beatrice from completely tanking ON thus crippling the functioning portions of Canada so be it.
Fraud pisses me off.
Chiarelli's offering up more promises. Delivery charges shouldn't double a hydro bill. He just doesn't get it....

As it stands the Wynne Gov is already guilty of conspiracy to commit fraud on that IPO.
