I used to prepare my mother-in-law's tax forms every year......and while not paying a penny in tax on her OAS, CPP and her husband's survivor benefits pension, she would get from four to seven hundred dollars Ontario tax rebate, depending on the amount of rent she paid...
Now that's an entitlement!
