i just cannot see investing in Canadian energy, especially bitumen.

it has made our country (notice not just Alberta) an international villain and bully.

SO many headwinds to face,

Germany is struggling with a rising public demand to simply ban fuel burners completely in cities.

the change is not on some distant horizon it is here and now
I think we should ban diesel in cities as well . Then all the citiots will find out that food doesn’t grow on store shelves .

Where does the fuel for your car come from?

Holding up pipelines is costing Canada millions in tax revenue and like I said many times.....that oil is getting to market one way or another.

Pipelines are the safest and most efficient way to get it there.....period.
Not from bitumen. It is all for export, so that argument is just silly.

It's also kind'a funny that a bunch of raw sewage dumpers are so friggin' concerned about the environment. Can you say, 'hypocritical douchebags'? I know ya can.
Blaming all of that shit on BC when it is just Victoria, is just being a douche bag. Comparing sewage to the tar sand though, was genius.

Canadians split 50/50 over pipeline debate: poll

Angus Reid Institute's opinion poll shows a 50/50 split on whether Canadians agree more with Alberta or B.C.

The Kinder Morgan project would nearly triple capacity of the current pipeline system to 890,000 barrels a day.
Earlier in February, the B.C. government said it was considering restricting any increase in diluted bitumen shipments from Alberta until it conducts more spill response studies.
In response, Alberta Premier Rachel Notley announced a ban on the import of B.C. wine to Alberta.

If this wasn't a fake story Alberta would be having a trade war with everyone who doesn't want their pipeline - which is pretty much everybody.

BTW Notley caved and canceled the wine ban.

Still gonna get sued.
