Bedpan is fucking desperate. For months now he's been calling for a ceasefire. Now that there might be a window open to that, Putie-poo has decided there can be no talk of cease-fire until Ukraine capitulates. He's whining that without capitulation Ukraine will keep building up their forces. Which is EXACTLY what Bedpan plans on doing.
Funny how commie scum (and yes Putin is still a commie) always accuse others of the questionable shit the commies themselves do. The CCP does the same shit in the South China Sea. Invades other nations territorial waters then accuses them of provocation when they react to China's bullshit.

Fuck Russia.
Fuck China.

Both eminently fuckable, I must say.

Russian strikes leave thousands in northern Ukraine without power and water

KYIV, Ukraine — Russian strikes overnight left over 100,000 households without power in northern Ukraine and cut off the water supply to a regional capital, Ukrainian authorities reported Saturday, while civilian casualties rose sharply in the country’s embattled east.

The northern Sumy region, which borders Russia, was plunged into dark after Russian strikes late Friday damaged energy infrastructure, the Ukrainian Energy Ministry said. Hours later, the Ukrainian public broadcaster reported that Russian drones hit the provincial capital, also called Sumy, cutting off water by hitting power lines that feed its system of pumps.

Russian state agency RIA cited a local pro-Kremlin “underground” leader as saying that Moscow’s forces overnight hit a plant producing rocket ammunition in the city, which had a pre-war population of over 256,000. The report didn’t specify what weapon was used, and the claim could not be independently verified. Explosions rocked the city during an air raid warning early Saturday, according to Ukrainian media reports.

In the Donetsk region in the east, Russian shelling on Friday and overnight killed 11 civilians and wounded 43, local Gov. Vadym Filashkin reported on Saturday. Five people died in the town of Selydove southeast of Pokrovsk, the eastern city that has emerged as a front-line hotspot. The Ukrainian General Staff on Saturday morning said that Ukrainian and Russian forces clashed 45 times near Pokrovsk over the previous day.

According to Filashkin, three more people died in Chasiv Yar, the strategically located town in Donetsk that has been reduced to rubble under a montshlong Russian assault.

A Ukrainian military spokesperson on Thursday told the AP that Ukrainian forces had retreated from a neighbourhood on the outskirts of Chasiv Yar. The town’s elevated location gives it strategic importance, and military analysts say its fall would put nearby cities in jeopardy. It could also compromise critical Ukrainian supply routes and bring Russia closer to its stated aim of seizing the entire Donetsk region.

According to the Ukrainian General Staff, Russian forces on Friday and overnight launched six rocket strikes and 55 airstrikes across Ukraine, and used more than 70 “glide bombs” — retrofitted Soviet-era weapons that have wrought devastation in the country in recent weeks.

In Russia, two civilians were wounded after Ukrainian forces overnight shelled a border town in the southern Belgorod region, its Gov. Vyacheslav Gladkov reported.

The Russian Defense Ministry said its troops overnight shot down a total of eight drones over the Kursk and Belgorod regions in the south.

In Krasnodar province next to Russia-annexed Crimea, local authorities reported on damage caused during the night by falling drone debris. Debris sparked a fire at an oil depot, set fuel tanks ablaze in a separate location and damaged a cellphone tower, the reports said. There were no immediate reports of casualties.

Based on the number of obituaries and the number of disability applications it would appear that Russia has suffered some 500,00-750,000 casualties in its "Kyiv in three days" campaign. They went in with 200,000 personnel. That's the equivalent of a minimum turnover rate of 150% across the entire invading force. That's not only catastrophic it's obscene.
Face it, the Russian military sucks. Corruption has hollowed it out. During the 2010s the equivalent of USD $6 billion was handed to the Russian navy to modernize and build new ships. Half of that money never made it to the navy. And now they're down at least 25 naval vessels.
The Army took their turn as well. The T-14 Armata is an over-expensive joke while other tank models have rolled off the line without proper reactive armour, as in none. Soldiers sent to combat with Airsoft quality body armour, if any. They still can't even properly feed and water their troops. All they have going for them is Putin's tactic of bombing civilians, suicidal meat assaults and waving his tiny nuclear dick.
And speaking of Russian nukes, considering how hard corruption has hit their other forces, how bad off do you think their nuclear forces are? Most of Russia's stock of nukes is from the Soviet era, soooo 40+ years old. How well have they been maintained? Have expired components been replaced? Will the warheads even work or hit their target(s)?

And let's not forget China. Bedpan is Xinnie the Pooh's little bitch now. Xinnie won't be too thrilled at the prospect of nukes flying around. He's got his own separate agenda that doesn't include Bedpan. The enemy of your enemy is rarely your friend. Most of the time they're just a temporary ally of convenience.

As for Bedpan, how many times has he waved his nuclear dick around as a warning to not cross some arbitrary "red line" and then did nothing but pout and rant when it was crossed?

Capitulation isn't a peace negotiation. Even you should know that. The Ukrainians have been quite firm about their position for peace talks. Get the fuck out of Ukraine then we'll talk. But McNope, Bedpan wants them to surrender the lands that Russia is illegally occupying before starting peace talks.

And here's the thing, Bedpan has been fucking begging for a cease-fire for MONTHS! You don't keep asking for a cease-fire if you think you have the upper hand and victory within it. He just wants time to rest, refit, repair and reconstitute before he goes after the rest of Ukraine, the Baltics and Finland. Don't be so goddam naive, man.

I'm not giving you shit, but I find those numbers hard to believe. Can you give me a steer to some sources?
