Hey man, how's it hanging these days..

As of Feb 25th, 2018 I have lost 32 lbs. I still have 70 lbs. of fat to go and 30 pound of muscle to build up to erase 25 years of abuse to my body as a truck driver..

Did the juicing diet with a twist.. also had apples, bananas, and other rabbit food.



But the hardest was to give up Coke Cola absolutely .. that helped a lot.

I just dropped thirty lbs in three months while just sitting at my computer, and it was mostly by just changing eating times and making fun of Mental Floss.

Ah..the weight I just left behind...! ALL RIGHT!!!


Anyhow, congrats on the weight loss Boomer. When you can no longer make a decent footprint in the snow, you will know you have gone too far.
