The shocking headlined screamed "45,000 die each year from lack of health insurance". WOW! That sounds bad. Now let's see how they came up with that.

Nowhere did they investigate the cause of the deaths, they simply attributed all deaths to lack of insurance to get the shocking headline number. So, using their logic, the 291 others deaths in the study must be attributed having insurance. Therefore having insurance increases your risk of death by 500%! YES! Almost a quarter of a million killed each year because they have insurance, and Obama wants EVERYONE to have insurance? Aren't enough people dying already? What kind of a monster is he?
(For the sarcasm impaired, I realize this is absurd and a complete misrepresentation of the data. The point is that the original 'study' is just as absurd, but no one bothered to look critically at the data because it supported their agenda.)

You forgot to add that both study's state that lack of health insurance was not a cause of death. It is just that they died without it. Also using the study's formula it can be said that you have a 500% more chance of dying with health insurance as more people are insured.

China is rich but it lacks sophistication societally the same for the emerging India. Just because
a nation has riches or even some substantial powers it does not mean it is a modern state.

and it advancement lies in the way it treats it citizens which means many of these countries have
a long way to go. We my be dysfunctional in many ways but at least Canadians are a modern
nation. America has its own version of what modern means, just because you have a arsenal
