Back on topic. I just proved that this US "aid" to Palestinians does not actually aid any Palestinians except a brutal unpopular dictator. Typically 75% goes directly towards renting and arming Abbas mercenaries. Likely a significant amount of the other 25% spent on "projects" ends up in Abbas's personal bank account.
Fifty million of those funds was to go toward ongoing projects, and $150 million was pegged for Palestinian security services...
