NK could do a lot of damage to SK where some big US money has some sweatshops well within cannon range of the border. They can't sweatshop like Kim can though. So the US and their profit margin friends are scared. You know cold hard profit margins when they are scared, they can turn into warm antifit margarines and slip through the cracks in a real hurry.
