I imagine it depends on what part of Syria they come from. It does snow in parts of Syria.

Met a super nice lady from Iran. She is struggling a bit yet with the language. marvellous personality. She said she was concerned about the cold weather in moving to Canada. She also said she was so surprized that it is warmer here than her own country. Vancouver Is. is the warmest part of BC. for year round temps. but still, she loves our country and the people. Not every newbie will agree with her. I live in an area where so many people are snowbirds and i cannot begin to see why and I know I could not live in one place for 6 months and "come home" for the other six.

Yes once upon a time the majority of our immigrants came to improve and contribute.

Now the majority come to leech and undermine....watching our inner cities become 3rd world shyteholes.

Canada needs to block all immigration to Canada for 3 years.. start worrying about Canadians first.

You shouldn't need a link. Haven't you watched the news regularly? There have been enough cases reported of immigrants returning to their homelands and being arrested for various reasons. They inevitable ask Canada to plead their cases.
