Hopefully it was just a case of "bad teenage humour".;-)

I was hoping that was the case, but I'm afraid it wasn't. My husband and I were 'running' a 15 team
girls fastball league, and we also had four daughters of our own, I was constantly in the company of
teenage girls for a number of years.

No, it was not just bad teenage humour, but hopefully, she grew out of that 'dark' time of her life.

Wow, that's too bad. I actually found that kids were fabulous about helping me, carrying my books, etc. Heck, they would wait for me to get to school in the morning so that they could carry my stuff to the classroom. Doors were always held for me and the kids were just great all around...much better than a good number of adults, I might add.

Yeah, I agree, we had a marvelous relationship with lots of teenage female athletes, both with fast pitch and girls ice hockey for years. Good memories for us, and them too I'm sure. Lots of hillarious
times, laughs, tears, and closeness.
