They aren't all terrorists but the religion lends itself to fanatics, the same as the old testament does.

All religions, all ideologies, lend themselves to fanatics.... take the gentleman on the bus for instance. He is a fanatic. Agreeing with him doesn't change what he is.

What I have noticed is that the New Testament softens the religion, except when so called Christians pick and choose what parts of the old testament to follow. So Jesus came along and moderated the old testament, unfortunately there has been no one to come along to moderate the Koran. So to follow the koran means one must be radical.

I don't know that there isn't more to their holy book than just the old testament, in fact what exactly is the Torah? Actually it is the first 5 books of the bible. If in the Torah there are exhortations to kill anyone not of their faith then yes that is radical.

In the Middle East Christians and Muslims fight .. what is suppose to be unique about Canada is everyone from different cultures, religions all living on the same street in the same community getting along.. A pinnacle to the rest of the world on human compassion and equality.. Then some idiot on a bus makes the county look bad via YouTube to the world.

One incident doesnt take anything away from Canada in that department. I seriously doubt any other country doesnt have similar things happen from time to time.

So are Jews radical?

Some are. There are extremists in every group.

There's no other kind. All Muzzies are terrorists. Didn't you know?

I must have missed the memo. It is however easy to come tonthat conclusion because of the actions of a lot of their leaders. One might draw the same conclusion about christians by looking at events in Ireland over the past 100 years

This is sad, but not surprising. Since 9/11 the bigots have been running rampant up here as well as down south.

Do you think bigotry has the same /similair rates in every Province? No.

Poll finds 50% of separatists believe Jews and Muslims have too much influence in Quebec | National Post

According to the poll, 52% of Bloc Quebecois supporters, 42% of Quebeckers and 36% of Conservatives supporters think that Muslims have too much influence.

“If the Charter of Quebec Values is an example of the Parti Quebecois practising dog whistle politics in Quebec, it appears there are plenty of ears tuned to that particular frequency for the message to fall on,” Forum Research president Lorne Bozinoff said.

While less than about one-fifth of Canadians say that Jews have too much influence, about 32% of Quebeckers think they are too powerful.

There are other regional differences in the poll as Sikhs (26%) and Asians (28%) are seen as too powerful by respondents in British Columbia.

Participated in the Terry Fox run/walk, didn't see any Muslims wearing a head scarf, paid and went to a football game, didn't see any Muslims, paid and went to a dinner theater, didn't see any Muslims, volunteered at the High River flood clean up, didn't see any Muslims volunteering.
Took a friend to a free walk in medical clinic, saw lots of Muslims, went to visit a friend at a hospital, saw lots of Muslims, watched the news on the evening of the Terry Fox run, saw lots of Muslims protesting in front of city hall on the Quebec charter, now I know why I didn't see any in the Terry Fox walk.
Just sayin !!

Were the Muslims the doctors and nurses keeping care of you and your friend..?? Just sayin !!

BTW, I didn't participate in the Terry Fox run or watch it on TV or could give a rats *** about it and I'm white, Protestant and a Cancer survivor.
