How about the Freedom of Speech First Ammendment part, for starts.

Trump wants to prosecute anyone in the media who either disagrees with him or mocks him. Going after SNL for any reason ... is unconstitutional as well as being bizarre to a fault.

We now know Trump is not breaking with the first amendment. The question is still on the table, what part of the constitution is Trump not following?
