What a silly statement. Of course it is his opinion. 200 years ago, people speaking out against slavery were only expressing their opinions. It wasn't illegal after all? Do you think slavery was OK simply because it wasn't illegal?
But gerryh, humans don't have the same rights persons do.
It's what confuses people into thinking it's okay to kill a human that isn't a person.
THAT is how f*cked up pro-choice types are.
They have no idea that a "person" is just a legal and financial term that doesn't relieve a human from being human.

As for personal jabs and attacks, Andem has allowed us some latitude there don't you think? After all, he has permanently banned members without warning before. No moderation at all.
We all know what we are typing before the reply button is hit. Nobody here is stupid. It had been awhile since any flagrant abusive language was used.
Perhaps it is better to pause before posting in the contentious topics. Also, I strongly recommend the ignore feature before any members develop the vapors or stroke out.
