What I say may sound harsh to have happen on our own soil but it is identical to what we do when on other people's soil in the name of freedom and democracy.

flawed law rarely stops anything. Making it legal to marry a 14 year old, but illegal for consenting adults to marry, makes a mockery of the law, and makes it easy to flout.
