It seems to me that for a long time now, people have been showing up in Cascadia from Ontario. When you politely ask them "What brought you to the west?", they usually say something like "I don't know, man, the universe just kinda called me here." "Do you have a toonie I could borrow till pay day?" "Can I bum a smoke?" "Can I hit that sh!t?"
Then, once they start really looking around and seeing the natural Cascadian beauty, they start calling their buddies back east. "Hey, knucklehead! You gotta see this place! They have mountains, and the people are easy to take advantage of!"
