Maybe they should have had a toothbrush on that picture of Marge instead of a party favor. Geez. Do they know what proper dental care is?

The word scab is used to denote someone who refuses to take part in strike action.

It's ironic isn't it- a group who screams bloody blue murder when their rights appear to be in jeopardy, deny others the freedom of choice when it comes to job activity (or not) -:)

In all honesty Margaret Thatcher put the cause of gender equality for women in politics back 50 years.

Her leadership was marked by a complete lack of imagination; a dogmatic rigidity to intellectually vacuous, libertarian neo-conservativism; a phony, compensatory toughness characterised by lashing out at perceived enemies. She was incapable of dealing with any situation with flexibility, strategy and empathy... only with blind bull dog aggression.

She embodied all of the negative stereotypes and knocks against women in management. That they either become cream puff poodles or drooling mastiffs in office.. and she was the latter. I've actually known some successful women managers.. but all were able to use the natural gifts of their gender to their advantage.. not as Thatcher did.. in rampaging, irrational vindictiveness and pathological self hatred of her sex.

She was an embarrasment to the British nation, the Commonwealth.. and to women in general. I kind of like Queen Elizabeth.. but she is someone who actually mastered the woman's role in leadership.. completely contrary to Maggie's example.

.. and comparing her to Churchill is a joke.
