The ratio of those who commit a violent act due to judgement impaired by pot versus alcohol is now about a million to one?
He probably blames his childhood, his dog, the mailman and the moon for his actions as well. He couldn't possibly be responsible.

Sounds like SSRIs
They make people do this stuff all the time
For example at Columbine, the judge ordered the shooters med records destroyed to cover up the relationship between the SSRIs and their behavior.
On the drugs themselves this stuff is apparently in the BLACKBOX warnings
