Yeah, she's brilliant at marketing and reinventing herself, and a lot of people seem to like what she does, but I don't. It leaves me cold, doesn't move me at all. I vote with my other brother Bar on this one, I own none of her music and never will, unless someone gives it to me, but I hope my friends know me better than that.

She is a decent singer, she is of course as mentioned a stellar marketing person.
In addition for a short time she actually became a flirtatious distraction which is
just short of being a phenomenon

Right place, right time, right idea. She has a lot of talent and is a creative genius. While I'm not into her pop music at all, there is a side of her that brings together art visually and aurally that can really speak to me.

For example Frozen. Have a look.

I like Madonna. She can write music and has teamed up with some excellent writing partners. Lady Gaga, ( really Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta ) is another example of a talented songstess. She paid her dues in the clubs.
The bass in Madonna's music is great too. It can get my 901's swinging as they are hung.

thinking about Madonna, Lady gaga came to my mind .
Madonna was a diva of 1980s with her bold world compared with her contemporaries( remember Erotica).
Lady Gaga is a diva with her bold and crazy world compared with her contemporaries.(no need to mention)

to me,what makes them so popular is their boldness not their nonsense music style and lyrics.
again, "Madonna uses her previous credit"

Yes. Well.
That is about the most namby pamby, watered down, lowest common denominator lot of drivel to ever be associated with Madonna. She lived to spend the money but that is nothing but Disney worthy. Oh, and yes, Disney worthy is an insult. Just look at some of the great Elton John's blasphemous works for Disney.

Way back in 1984, Madonna declared she was a “material girl, living in a material world.”

So, it shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise that the pop superstar is in limelight again, but this time it’s not because of her music.

TikTok influencer Amelia M. Goldie has claimed in a new viral video that Madge Photoshopped her face onto Goldie’s body in a 2015 Instagram post she used to promote her Rebel Heart album.

“When Madonna posts a photo of herself to IG to promote her album but it’s actually your body (I’m not joking),” Goldie wrote in a TikTok post that has racked up over two million views.

Goldie told Buzzfeed that she “thought it was a joke” when she saw the picture, but quickly realized it wasn’t when she learned it appeared on Madonna’s official Instagram account.

“I look Kewl,” Madonna captioned the snap of herself wearing a Joy Division shirt and displaying a pouty snarl with the hashtag #rebelheart to promote the record’s release.

“I tried to reach out via Instagram to her team twice, to no response,” Goldie told the website. “I think if you’re going to play somebody else’s body off as your own, they deserve to be mentioned. But no hard feelings!”

Madonna hasn’t addressed the brewing controversy, but fans flooded the comments section of the old post.

“This is beyond embarrassing – how has she not deleted this yet? Yiiiiiikes,” one wrote, while another added, “I think this is the worst Photoshop job I’ve ever seen.”

Several others pointed out that the watermark from Goldie’s original image is visible in Madonna’s post.

“Maybe she thought we’d just know since it is very obvious that it’s Photoshopped,” one fan wrote defensively.

Goldie told Buzzfeed that she found it flattering that Madonna used her pic to help promote the album saying her song Hung Up “was on my teenage playlist for quite some years.”

“I’ve been told it’s a great ‘party flex,’ which makes me laugh,” Goldie said. “I told it at a job interview and they loved it.”

Many social media users took to the comments of Madonna’s original post to criticize the singer, including one who wrote on Monday morning, “This looks super fake how come no one ever noticed before?”

But her celebrity followers heaped praise on her new steamy lingerie pics, with daytime host Kelly Ripa reacting with a series of flame emojis, while actress Florence Pugh wrote, “OH. MY.”

Rapper Snoop Dogg added his own flirty comment, writing, “I need u,” and elsewhere, actress Asia Argento remarked, “You’re so stunning.”

Madonna has yet to address the Photoshop controversy.
