Look in the name of prosperity and peace Canada needs a PM who will work with the Americans close together. You may argue that Harper did that, but I will argue that Harper meant nothing to Bush other then a Conservative political supporter who was willing to deliver a speech used by another PM to help build confidence in the eyes of the world justifying the start of war on false evidence. So Iggy is nothing the likes of Harper and Canadians are starting to realize that fact and this is why you see the polls have the Liberals ahead.

Captain, I didn’t say Liberals were way ahead, I said Liberals were ahead, big difference. Liberals are ahead and the momentum seems to be on their side, at least in Ontario and Quebec. Quebec looks especially bad for Harper.

As to why Iggy is not forcing an election, I don’t know, I don’t speak for him. You will have to ask him about it.
