There is no problem posting a link to the site, the rcmp won't do anything to a link post, if you have the info as the (txt) they may do something.

If you watch the news, you would know that you are wrong, wacker. They have threatened to press charges against places that have published the link and even the name of the site.

Now if you find this site by way of Google, you think the Rcmp will come and get you?

Not if you don't publish it. You can even send it out via e-mail...a mass-mailing if you like. Putting it up here counts as publishing though.

The Glob and Snail has full-time lawyers on staff and the money to go to court, pay fines, etc. Canadian Content does not have those resources.

Grow up, Wacker. When the ban is lifted you can post all the links you want. The testimony itself won't be protected by copyright so you can post it in its entirety. While the ban is in place, you cannot do that. Not here.
